Terms and Conditions

All
reservations must be supported by a letter of
confirmation, plus a non-refundable deposit of
£10.00 per person, either by cash, credit card
or by a single cheque made payable to the
Marlborough Hotel. Only after receipt of the
above will your booking be considered firm.
Christmas day bookings are to be paid in full by
14th December 2008.

Letters of reservation must include the date and
time of the reservation, the number of places
required and the name, address and telephone number
of the person making the booking or the party
organiser.

Deposits will be deducted from the total meal bill.

The final
bill, less any deposits, should be paid seven days before
the event.
